Women coming together for a fun and inspiring Fundraising Workshop in interactive strategies to
OVERCOME FEARS AND ACHIEVE SUCCESS
JULY 14TH AT THE CELTIC ROSS HOTEL, ROSSCARBERY, WEST CORK
From 10am to 5pm Cost €50 euro per participant

We are coming together as women to help each other. Ruhama is an Irish charity dedicated to rescuing women from sex traffickers. Most of these women are lured to Ireland under false pretences, have their passports removed from their possession and become slaves to the pimps who bully them into submission. The average age for girls to be coerced into prostitution is 15. By raising money we will aid Ruhama to rescue and rehabilitate these girls so they can recover their liberty and their lives.
We will refer to inspiring female role models such as Debra Searle who rowed solo across the Atlantic, and will explore strategies they have used to overcome their own fears and go on to succeed in their endeavours.
This interactive workshop will involve talking, listening, drawing, sharing, laughing, supporting and in practising the beautiful energy raising techniques of Chi Kung and Infinite Tai Chi.
The Celtic Ross Hotel have kindly donated their impressive main function room overlooking the Atlantic and we look forward to sharing it with you on the day.
Please wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga mat. You may bring along your own refreshments and lunch or avail of the hotels restaurant.
